12 YEARS STRONG

Dec 19, 2025

Neal founded this company 12 years ago with nothing more than a vision, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep belief in people. His professional background was in sales and communication, but he had always dreamed of owning his own business. Unsure at first what that business would be, Neal brainstormed countless ideas until one stood out—photography, a longtime personal hobby. With no prior experience in real estate photography, he committed himself fully to learning the craft, immersing himself in research and education. He even enrolled in a DSLR photography class, and in a full-circle moment that speaks volumes about his leadership and character, he hired his instructor, Dawna Moore, less than two years after launching the company. Dawna remains with us more than a decade later and continues to be an integral and deeply valued member of our team.

Neal never met a stranger. He genuinely loved building relationships and believed that complete customer satisfaction was non-negotiable—so much so that he guaranteed it. He was a strong believer in personal connection, exceptional quality, and delivering the highest-value product possible at an affordable price. To Neal, the photos and services we provide were not just about marketing a home; they were about marketing the agent—showing homeowners the level of care, professionalism, and excellence they could expect when choosing that agent. Neal embodied every quality of a successful entrepreneur: passion, confidence, relentless work ethic, curiosity, and a commitment to always offering the most useful and up-to-date products. Because he understood how to prioritize and truly listen to customer needs, he built a loyal client base that remains strong even four years after his passing.

After Neal died, I made the difficult decision to leave my career as an accountant and step into the leadership of the company. His team was—and still is—family to me, and honoring his vision mattered deeply. It took every one of us, but together we not only sustained the business—we grew it exponentially. I know without a doubt that Neal would be incredibly proud of what this team has accomplished. From the very beginning of this next chapter, we have continued to ask ourselves, “What would Neal do?” and have done our best to lead with that answer. Our culture today reflects him fully: one of camaraderie, dedication, teamwork, and celebration of what we’ve built together. If Neal were here now, he would have tears in his eyes and a huge smile on his face, amazed that his vision and the strong foundation he created have exceeded even his own expectations. He would offer a heartfelt THANK YOU to our customers—and express his deep pride in, and love for, this extraordinary team.
